Sports lovers among many other people were stunned by the shocking revelation that there were suspicions that eight of the players in Iran's female football team were actually men. In the revelation it was seen that men who wore hijabs were in the starting line up  Photo; courtesy   The country's sports officials were branded as 'unethical' for playing players who are genetically more powerful than how women are. Sports Officials then were reported to have ordered that gender tests be carried out on the entire Iranian female team and the most prolific players in the country's local league. It was later confirmed that the eight players suspected to be men are actually men who are awaiting a medical operation that would effect a sex swap. The eight players with the Iranian female team played without the completion of the sex swap. The 2015 incident was not the first time Iranian football was in such a gender scandal, in 2010 four of their players were ide
