In a recent podcast Manchester city's Belgian midlefielder Kevin De Bruyne revealed that the Spaniard tactician forgets to name his starting first eleven. "Before a match we always have a team meeting and Pep says we are going to do this and that now let's go." 'And then we say: "Hey, Pep, who is playing?" He forgets sometimes. For him winning is important. But his philosophy is even more important. 'Many people don't understand this.
